Are you sitting on a fortune ...?
Come along to a special valuation day celebrating our military history focusing on medals and Militaria at the museum.
Hansons Auctioneers Militaria expert Adrian Stevenson will be at the Museum on Wednesday 20th July from 10.30am to 1pm to offer his wealth of knowledge in the field of all things military related.
We would be welcome to see weapons, uniforms, firearms, hardware and any item from both World Wars. Medals from Waterloo to recent campaigns will also be valued free of charge.
People are asked to give donations of £3 for up to 5 items in aid of the Museum.
Adrian Stevenson commented: 'I look forward to once again returning to Warwick to see if I can unearth some military treasures. At the last event in the area we had a Waterloo medal at over £1,000. I also had in a World War 1 Christmas tin which still contained the cigarettes when issued. I look forward to meeting the people of Warwick and surrounding areas and discovering more of our military history'.
